unable to connect

    I recently signed my father up to WGT and he has played for perhaps a month.  He is now unable to log on.  His username is "JMurtha", email is JMurtha45@gmail.com.  Altho he hasn't changed his password when he requests assistance via email he is advised that his gmail address doesnt recognize WGT.  He doesnt want to reenroll because he has invested a good sum into this and has a large credit balance.  Please advise.

    hi

    please make sure he is emailing members@worldgolftour.com and not any other email. it should work. is he using gmail or something web based or other provider? please contact me privately and I will try to help you further.

    meanwhile, please ask your father to do the following for each browser:

    • Clear Browser cache: Click here for instructions.
    • Clear Adobe Flash cache: Click here , and click the "Delete all sites" button in the Settings Manager.
