players disconnecting

  I have played three stroke games now where players have disconnected on the 9th hole because they are going to lose. Are they penalized for this? How do I ban these players from joining future stroke games I create? thanks.

  I don't know how to ban them, but you should be able to name and shame them.

  I should have written block instead of ban.

  
  But yes, I agree, name and shame should be acceptable - there is nothing more frustrating than spending 45 minutes on a good game only to have your opponent take a double or triple bogey and quit without any consequences.
