I recently upgraded my driver to the PING G10 8.0 driver and I'm having a hard time hitting the small swing window with any accuracy.
Did I buy the right driver? I do notice that the Callaway balls slow it down a bit. Any suggestions.

I used the G10 driver with Rapture irons (as you have) for a long time. Its a bit faster than the Raptures so I tended to miss it late consistently. Therefore I compensated by aiming left and ended up playing a power fade normally.
