    SgtDoodles:

In terms of putting, many people consider the Spider putter to be the worst in the game. Rent it on a weekend day, then play your socks off. If you like it, buy it. If not, 60 credits wasted.Tom

Agree with all that, except the putter bit. Not sure if the 'beginner' putter is still available but its the best putter going for learning the breaks and hitting the ding . The graphic for the original spider and the lvl 35 ghost spider shows a  slow meter comparable to the beginner and is a lie. (800 credits lighter so i know). Stick with the basic putters until you need nothing else.

I was asking about that beginner putter, but people said that it is something that they don't have anymore :(  If I ever were to upgrade putters, I think it would be a while.. I am just starting to get distance under control (with the help of SgtDoodles) and am getting a tiny bit better at hitting the ding.  Judging breaks.. well.. lol.  I guess distance is the first thing.  I'm happy with the starter at the moment.

    Thanks for the feedback!

i offer my experience. 1st if you are cost conscience, you must research club sets. much much cheaper. used WGT Plus everything, except my daytona putter until i made level 42, then got the rapture 9.5 set until i could get to the level for the burner irons, cleveland wedges, also got the R11 3 wood, a great addition. clevelands are without peer! just use caution when applying the back spin. all of this costs $, but what i did is make a deal, in advance of my level requirements, with my better half to supply all of my equipment as i progress in exchange for birthday, anniversary, christmas, etc. worked very well for us. i'm almost never quailified for surveys, can't play R.G.'s or funded tournaments. leaves very little choice as to how to acquire new equipment. i pick my balls to use as such, calloways for tourneys, stroke play with high tier players, siron for normal play, GS13s for ctth, and others single player games. if i can get dove balls i use them like the siron. many differant ways to do things, but having a long distance plan in place is crucial.......of course when something new comes up you can change your plans to match. lol our nickel, hope it helps.

Anyone have any comments on this particular club?  Also, does it come in pink or purple?
I've been asking for a pink R-9 and knee-socks for 2 years...still waiting. Now the R-11's are out  , so I'm thinking maybe if I ask for a pink R-20 , that should give them plenty of time.  There are however some balls with very good performance in pink and purple.
