i offer my experience. 1st if you are cost conscience, you must research club sets. much much cheaper. used WGT Plus everything, except my daytona putter until i made level 42, then got the rapture 9.5 set until i could get to the level for the burner irons, cleveland wedges, also got the R11 3 wood, a great addition. clevelands are without peer! just use caution when applying the back spin. all of this costs $, but what i did is make a deal, in advance of my level requirements, with my better half to supply all of my equipment as i progress in exchange for birthday, anniversary, christmas, etc. worked very well for us. i'm almost never quailified for surveys, can't play R.G.'s or funded tournaments. leaves very little choice as to how to acquire new equipment. i pick my balls to use as such, calloways for tourneys, stroke play with high tier players, siron for normal play, GS13s for ctth, and others single player games. if i can get dove balls i use them like the siron. many differant ways to do things, but having a long distance plan in place is crucial.......of course when something new comes up you can change your plans to match. lol
our nickel, hope it helps.
