1.)Time - (You have to commit to your cc "everyday".)
2.) Effort - (CC business "before" play.) Your game takes a back seat sometimes.
3.) Dedication - (Know your members personally.)
4.) Creative - Put some thought into your in-house Tournaments. Ask your members for some ideas / suggestions.
5.) Most importantly - Members and CC takes precedence over your game play. Don't get me wrong. You can still play and have fun but in order to reach the goal of an "active / involved" CC, you will have to put your game on hold for a day or 2 here and their.
