Missing Credits

  First of all my I just say am loving the new Matchplay game where you can play for credits.  However there seems to be something wrong with the way the credits are being awarded.

   

  I won a few games yesterday and expected my credit total to be a little higher so today I checked my balance at the start of my games.  I had 573 credits.  Then I played two games, the first on I won, the game said I had won 90 credits.  The second game was forfeited by some sore looser, again the game said I had won 90 credits.  However now I only have a total of 653 credits.  Now Im not great at maths but Im pretty sure thats only 80 more than this morning?  Can someone explain to me why I have only managed to get 80 credits when it should have been 180.

  I had a similar problem yesterday . I found that logging off then back on updated my credits....

  Tried that, no luck.  Ok just one another, only got 80 more credits.  So does this mean that WGT actually take 10 credits of each player when a game is played?  So when you win you don't actually win 90 credits you really win 80!  That's a con!  Think they need to be more clear about this.  

  Another point, when you join a group sometimes the player does not suggest playing for credits.  But at the end the game says you have won 90 credits.  Am thinking that this is wrong as it does not seem to credit your account with anything.

  So does this mean that a matchplay challenge does not have to be for credits?  Im confused.  Anyone understand this?

  Happened to me also .  Had 266 ,  played for 100 and won .  But instead of having 366 , only had 346 . So I guess they take 10 away immediately , and give you back only 90 when winning  ( so + 80 for a won game while betting 100 ) .

  If you bet 100, you can only win 90 from the other player after the fee is paid.

  As far as your problem andyoz, I dunno, sounds like it missed a match.  Check your account history and see if it has a record for each match you've played.

  Here is the breakdown when playing For 100 credits and winning

  You bet 100 credits- 10% fee=90

  Other player bet 100 credits-10% fee =90

  90+90=180 You started with 100 credits so you would gain 80 credits.
