Someone know how long take the support to answer a problem? I play the game from steam since 3 Weeks and I bought a "Promo Bundle 19" in the game. I click that Bundle in the game and I was forwarded to steam. I payed and bought it and after that I come back to the game. And in the Game i got a shop error and I don´t receive the Promo Bundle. I tell it steam because my money was away and i have a invoice confirmation but they tell me I must go to WGT. Ok, I write my problem in the game to the support, one day later one more with mail and I send screens from the transaction .. but no reaction from WGT Support.
