  wk5 RSG

  Nothing spectacular this time - 100% GIR, tons of missed putts.

  Was rushing over the greens trying to catch up with an ankle-weighted funny dressed person. Also missed...

  Week 4 - 60.

  Started off with 6 straight pars but ended on a birdie tear! Left a couple putts out there but I'll take it! Good luck all.

  I think I must have been sleeping through my first six holes. I kept dreaming there was some guy rushing across the fairways chasing a lady with ankle weights.

  After par on the first six holes that could best be described as "routine", my coffee finally kicked in. Not that 7 was anything but "routine", but at least it was a two putt bird on the par 5. From there I found birds on 10 of the last 12 holes, finishing with a 60. None of my round was very exciting, other than #9 & #18 where I went pin hunting with great success (short birds on both). I consider them two of the best risk/reward holes in the game.

  Week 5 RSG = 70

  a disappointing start with two early bogey’s got back to +1 by the turn. Round started moving in the right direction and with birdies at 16 & 17 sitting nicely at -2 going down 18. Unfortunately a miss left on approach to the last followed by a failed pitch up the tier and a failed putt up the tier resulted in a double blob and a level par finish. Putts continue to burn the edges of the hole without dropping annoyingly.

  Brian holds the lead. Wags hanging on to 2nd along with GArm who posted an amazing 59 in his final round! Paul made a strong move up to 5th, just behind beer. Dudu is the last one out on the course that is currently in the TOP 10, but maybe one of the others still out on the course can go low.

  Exactly what I wanted to find out...

  Ankle weights and tied-down cap sounded so exciting that I got curious for the whole package.

  I better make the most of this first tournament being so close to the lead, last time it’s going to happen I feel! Great tournament though
