Tonight from 11:00 PM to approximately 3:00 AM PST, World Golf Tour will be closing this website for maintenance. The contents and changes to be made in this product release have not been released yet, so nothing can be confirmed. As such, there is the open possibility of the 18-hole stroke play course St. Andrews being released. If St. Andrews is opened to the public, then qualifying for the St. Andrews Inaugural will end tomorrow at 4:00/1:00 PM PST, which is approximately eight hours after the completion of the December product release.
In the case of the scenario listed above taking place, the top 16 players, to be determined using the qualifying standings, will be placed into a single-elimination bracket and will be notified of their qualification into the main bracket. All other players will be eliminated from the tournament. Players will have five days to play each round, so that Round 1 will last until Monday, December 21; the quarterfinals will last until Saturday, December 26; the semifinals will last until Thursday, December 31; and the finals wil last until Tuesday, January 5 of the new year.
Please make sure to complete Round 1 and post your group's scorecard before 4:00/1:00 PM PST tomorrow - this is the absolute deadline for qualifying if St. Andrews is released tonight, and scorecards posted after this time will not be accepted. We are sorry for the possible abrupt ending tomorrow and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
