Wasn't this topic about how to flop like a legend lol
Actually I use the flop a lot, esp from a bad lie and sometimes out of traps. I had always used the aim well less technique and flop and watch as it goes right, a lot like real golf, open your stance and flop aiming left. Someone mentioned that you can aim at the hole and hit the mark that is left of the 'ding' and the shot will go straight. I tried that and it does work, seems that the ball goes a little less in terms of distance, much like when you try to hook it. I'll keep the flop in my bag, I hole more shots chipping but I save more pars with the flop.
