It would be a lot more active if you weren't in a dead club. Take a look at a more active club and I think you will enjoy the game a lot more.
Look for a club were at least 90% of their members play regularly.

Also, seek out a club with a better mix of tier players and greater variety of tournaments. This would provide a venue where you get some great tips if you are so interested?
