My account was disabled for "using multiple accounts". They ask me to give them a full list of accounts that I have but I haven't played this game for years and I don't know how to find them. What do you guys think?

Do you share a computer or a router with another WGT player? This may confuse them.

WGT has once again disabled my good friend and former motorcycle racing legend's account !! it's truly unjustified that otter57Lance (Ottis) has to deal with not playing the game he loves. He had to quit racing because  he barely survived a horrific motorcycle accident (we call him wolverine because of how much steel he has graphed in his body!) So WGT became his thrill seeking of sorts. But WGT  claimed he was a multi account'r   because Otter's good friend who lives in his home who seen Otter playing WGT all the time became interested and took up this game himself ( and of course plays off the same wifi) ...Otter went on to explain this to CS several times and they FINALLY reinstated him and all of us were happy to have him back...Then after about a month BOOM they shut him down again claiming same the offense? He tells me CS has now ghosted him and wont respond to any emails SMH ...There needs to be an adjustment to the rules IMHO ...A "TRUE" multi account'r SHOULD be shut down yes!!...But if a father introduces his son to WGT for example... He then runs the risk of being shutdown because his son lives at home and would be using the same internet? Does not seem right to me?

    Sorry Otter we miss ya!

Anyway check out the mad man before the bad accident!!

My understanding is, in the case of multiple users in the same household, hence the same isp address, WGT will not disable the accounts if the users can send copies of "proof of identity" (such as copies of driver's licenses, etc).

I would suggest, if your friends were to do this, they should black out the driver's license number and date of birth, before sending.

No, I don't. This suspension happened years ago back in 2017. Right now I don't share a computer or router with anyone. They are asking me for a full listing of accounts I use or have accessed by I don't recall the others. But why do they want me to give them the listing if they already have the full list themselves? This is so frustrating.

    That's my understanding as well.

But players shouldn't have to jump through hoops like that. It's borderline ridiculous and absolutely baffling that WGT believes their policy to be a workable and sensible one.

When we first started talking about double accounts in some thread, I remember saying something along the lines of- its more likely to hurt legitimate players than someone trying to cheat the system. Since then I have seen 4/5 threads like this one.

Asking someone to show ID to play a golf game is ridiculous IMO....

You can put 1000 locks on your front door, It will slow you down getting groceries in but an actual criminal will go through the window right next to it...lol

So, apparently they have an old case against you...

I'd like to think that they want to solve it in your favour, suppressing all the illegitimate accounts. Still, they want to be sure to hold you responsible for those accounts, and not block a third person accidentally (????)
