    Hello.

I would like to Network with other club owners to help “rehome” players from my CC.

My club is quite competitive but the issue is that I have players that will join the club yet never play a game, or they play infrequently. So I would like to reach out and find club owners that have a very relaxed atmosphere and do not expect a lot from their players.

Of the club owners I’ve reached out to they don’t want any duds on their team either. They have their own set of rules for people to use a CC pass daily and to participate in any club tournaments.

I hate kicking people out of the club, but I also want to make room for people that play daily. I’ve had to utilize a point system for players to stay on the team (it’s only 2,000 contribution points a month) and I have players that don’t make the cut.

Also, how long do club owners keep non-active players on their team?

    Thanks

From my perspective , it depends what you mean by being competitive. Do you want to do well at turf wars , or clash , or do you see a successful competitive club being one that is chasing xps and club level .
I am owner of what I consider to be a successful club, but as there is only myself and my director , we know our limitations. I consider success as finishing in top 100 of clash as that is the format I personally prefer. We don’t chase xps and I don’t expect my director to play every day. We often achieve our clash results without even winning extra super passes , as personally I don’t much like playing turf wars. I do play them but only when I think we have a chance !
I wouldn’t carry other members and don’t want  any other members. So the long and short of it is determining what you want to be in charge of .
At a glance you look like you may already have booted out your non playing members , as you seem pretty active to me.

Just boot them. Trust that 99 % will never know they were kicked out (they are all done here). If a couple re-apply then set them straight on expectations and let them in.

Seriously, they are a button push away from joining another club that doesn’t mind acting as a parking lot. You handle your business and let others handle their own. Don’t carry that silly load on your shoulders; they don’t care.

I would say that we’re more competitive in Turf Wars.

I think most of the players lose interest in the Club Clashes because it’s one right after another. Ten is too many. And the prize is a couple of free passes and a course builder. Not all of my members play the in-house club tournaments. At least with Turf Wars you win some coins back.

    Yes, I agree.

I guess it’s the idea of kicking them out that’s hard to do but it’s just business, nothing personal.

If it’s turf wars you are most bothered about , then just make it a condition to play at least one match each time . Not everyone likes gambling even when it’s pretend coins , don’t stipulate a minimum room size just ask for participation. You certainly don’t need all your members to play in a turf war , it’s the room sizes that count , so a few playing Montreal + will be more beneficial than all playing Chelsea.

Simpatico Springs will welcome any players, no matter how they enjoy playing the game. Our only rule is "no whiners allowed". As long as they are nice people who enjoy playing the game, they are welcome.

I have club rules but not everyone will go under the club forum to read them, or will read the club chat to know to go there. I’ve tried friending players on the brink of losing their seat but not all will respond.

But at least now I know of a club that will take them.

How nice to have a "taking CC"!

As an owner, you make the rules, hopefully supported by your team and members. It's not nice, but sometimes necessary, to state "you're out" and act on it, but it's more polite to add, "there's some CC which will accept you".

Then, it's up to the player to become active.

As others stated, quite a few of those players are out of the game before you recognize it.
