You might have to use your graphics card software or other screen recording program to capture gameplay moments nowadays.

You are not alone in your dilemma, there hasn't been an entry in the Best Replay thread in nearly a year now.

The Windows + G (game console) works with steam. You can use this, if you are on PC. I can use this to record shots.

So, just to revive the Best Replay thread, I am going to post 2 in that thread this morning. A flop for Eagle on Merion 1 and a near double Eagle on #11 Kiah...

How do you record shots that you've already played?  Or do you record every shot and hope you get something worth keeping?

After my shot, I hit WINDOWS + G and bring up the "xbox" console (which comes with Windows). It then will allow me to "capture" the last 30 seconds. I believe you can adjust the time frame.  You can also start a game with Capture on and record the entire round.

This works for both regular PC and Steam.

Wow, never knew that!  Very impressive, will be sure to try it out next time I have a shot worth saving... which is most of them  ;)

Just watched the live stream, on twitch with Patch and MasterHacker. Learned of way to record videos, other than using the WIN+G...

It is free download software called OBS. Not sure if allowed to post link. I will, and NICO can remove if wrong... This is the you tube with Patch showing the software and how to use.
