Big fish promotions

  I got as a new member on big fish a game for 2.99 and is said that i would recieve 1250 credits. Well it has been 2 days ago i did it in monday and now wednesday and still i havent got those 1250 credits. So WGT why dont i get these credits turned on my account. ???????

  Have you used there site before? as i purchased a game from big fish the other day and my account was credited straight away

  No never been there before just got there thru wgt and bought a game. Nothing happend. And still dont have the credits turned over. Unfortinatly WGT cant be reahced and ik can only put it in the forum and hope they respond to it.

  Sorry to hear that Cobra but what i suggest you do,is to copy the e-mail you recieved from go fish and on the offers page click on support,which will show you all the offers you have either viewed or completed and check that the big fish offer is completed.If it says viewed and the date click on contact and they will ask you for a couple of related details and in the big empty box paste the recieved e-mail from big fish in there and submit it to trialpay and they will sort you out.As it's trialpay who credit your WGT account hence why WGT accepts no responsibility being only a 3rd party.

  Thnx Russel i checked and also reported it to the trailplay support. And no havent my canceled my free trial will do that immediatly.

  You should be fine if you've sent them a confirmation e-mail :) as i've had to use this process before.I only found out at the bottom of the page about them charging you if you don't cancel within 7 days,so as soon as i saw the cancel link on the confirmation e-mail i got straight on it lol.

   Hope that your next post on this thread is that you have recieved your credits :)

  Well everything is solved i got my credits and also unsubscribed from the big fish club where they ask a monthly fee. greets Cobraseye
