I need a challenger

  I decided to challenge good players (champion+) in tough courses ( olympic and bethpage and pebble beach back 9 is excluded)

  Because i use starter iron , those elevation green ball do not stick and i am in 50% lie most time. 

  Until then i want to challenge players in bandon par 3 and merion back 9 in match play

  Why dont you just play the WGT tournaments , where you play amongst your fellow tier players ? 
  If you do that you play both mobile and PC players , which will give you a better indictation of where you rank
