I don't get shot pal in my country club I've checked all my setting and there OK can someone help me with this thanks in advance
What about the putter pal, are you getting this one at least?
Your CC is at level 5 so it must not be the cause of it.
Now the only thing left is the setting. Go there and check if the shot pal is turned off for some reason.
One of the members of our club had this problem, turned it off exit then went back in and reset to on and it started working. Worth a try.
It used to be an issue that you had to turn both the shot and putter pals on to get them working. Don't know if that is still the case, but it's worth trying.
Go into your SETTINGS, make sure SHOT PAL & PUTTER PAL are turned on
that should correct it, if not, message customer service
