Attention all Owners, Captains, Vice Captains and Players:
Prior to Winter Season opening there were many discussions in this forum. Two issues were huge concerns to me.
1. The ability to realign people. ( I felt that this was a strategic move that all Captains should have the ability to do ) Unfortunately - you are now with straight lineups and have to build your subs around those lineups. Original players must stay in there spot. If they began in match 4 they stay in match 4.
2. This rule bothered me terribly: If a team has not won 3 points
in their CC v CC game, then the game will be declared incomplete, and
neither team will be awarded a win or a loss. No forfeits will be
awarded. Teams that have three incomplete games will be removed from the
tournament.
Now I don't honestly believe there is not one single player, captain or vice captain or club owner that can say that they have not seen me watch this tournament like a hawk. I respond to every question or remark to insure that you realize I am paying attention. Not because I like to watch myself type.
While I have agreed to run this tournament in Slor's absence I cannot watch players beg and plead other teams to play and they just go unanswered. Even I myself at times go unanswered and it's frustrating. So since I got left in charge and I am the one that has to live with what happens or doesn't happen here this is how it's gonna go.
If a team has 3 points win in the matches and I have been contacted and cannot get a response from the player or team captain or vice captain of when their player can play or that they, the captain, will stick a sub in I am going to be awarding the Game to the team that is busting their butt to play and getting no response by forfeit.If a team has 3 forfeit games they will be removed from the competition. Captains, Vice Captains - keep in contact with your players and know that if I am hitting your profile wall it means someone is complaining they can't get you or your player to contact them .Slor gave you the ability to sub out at any time DO IT ! Don't frustrate the other team.
Unseating a team by no play will not happen while I'm responsible and I believe that tactic is happening again.So - tadda. FIXED =)
