how did players with same level to reach the next toplevel have diferent points to get it???

Speaking of Levels 1 - 200 (you are 102), there are no differing points. Jedoch...
But, sometimes the system misses a threshold and doesn't level the player up. Then, he has to wait for the next Level's max number.
