@Blackwidow1, Since the introduction of Champ and Tour Champ, and coin games, the methods of Tiering up have changed since back in the flash days.
The "standard" way of tiering up by playing RR remains, although the parameters are slightly different:

But folks can also tier up by success in coin rooms. This is why you can see TLs and Champs with an avg. of 150 and very few, if any, RR.
