You have to play ranked rounds in stroke play to lower your average and advance in the tier system. In over a year you have only played 1 CTTH round. I assume you are playing match play. While playing match play gives you experience points and raises your level it has no effect on either your average or your tier.The easiest way is to play the free weekly tourneys. Posting scores in those free tourneys will lower your average and advance you in the tier system.
