A Shout Out to Customer Service

    After losing my Continuous Days Played (CDP) due to wicked storms that knocked out the power and internet for several days, when all was restored I contacted WGT member services with a request to re-set my lost CDP.  They responded in less than 4 hours with the re-set.  All is well.

    As a reminder, it is a good idea to keep track of your CDP just in case.

    How did you get them to respond to you?  I have tried contacting them multiple times about credits I never received after completing offers and have never heard back once.

    I found that the "Contact Us" form doesn't work (on a PC).  I send all my inquiries via email to:   members@worldgolftour.com

    Provide you name and user (player) name in the correspondence.  You should receive an automatic reply as an acknowledgement of receipt.  A customer support rep should get back to you within 24 hrs... probably sooner (if during the work week.)  I have always had good luck doing it this way.
