  Hey everyone,

  With Coin Chaos starting next week, here's a quick rundown of what the mode is!

  Join the chaos in a brand-new game mode!

  It’s everyone’s first time playing Coin Chaos, so here’s what you need to know:

  • It’s simple. Play games, earn points and win prizes
  • You automatically enter the chaos by playing in special Coin Chaos coin rooms that feature point multipliers. The bigger the room, the bigger the multiplier

  The first event will be in the following coin rooms:

  • Paris
  • Casablanca (3x multiplier)
  • Montreal (5x multiplier)

  Earn points by completing actions on the scoring list.

  • 250 Points - Make a hole-in-one
  • 25 Points - Win a coin room game
  • 10 Points - Make an eagle or better
  • 5 Points - Make a birdie or better
  • 3 Points - Make par
  • 4 Points - Get a heartbeat shot
  • 4 Point - Hit the "ding"

  You’ll then be ranked on daily, weekend and global leaderboards depending on when and how much you play.

  • Daily Leaderboard - Each weekday individually
  • Weekend Leaderboard - Saturday and Sunday combined
  • Global Leaderboard - Entire event duration
  • Each leaderboard has unique prizes, and if you score enough, you can win prizes from all three leaderboards during the same Coin Chaos event.

  Other notes

  • Coin Chaos runs from 2/10/25-2/16/25
  • Point values are subject to change per event
  • Coin rooms used are subject to change per event

  This is probably why coin room play has been so chaotic the last few months.  Development of something nobody asked for.  And then...

  WGT's list of targets include:

  • 10 Points - Make an eagle or better
  • 5 Points - Make a birdie or better
  • 3 Points - Make par

  So I get 5 points for a birdie or better.

  Therefore, if I have an eagle, that is better than a birdie. So, do I get 5 points for birdie or better PLUS 10 points for an eagle or better? 15 points?

  I keep tripping myself up trying to get my brain around this.

  Should be 15 points for an eagle the way it is worded. Another thing is an eagle or better is worth 10 points, so an albatross gets the same 10 or 15 whatever it is which is much more difficult and rarer than a HIO that gets 250 points?

  Useless stuff, like 10cr balls that you will never use, pink underpants that negate any rough, and a few million coins that are worth nothing.  Don't hold your breath for decent balls or credits as prizes, you won't be getting those.

  Just had a go at this, not liking it at all and will not be playing it again.

  It's definitely for a player with way too much time on their hands.

  Thanks for confirming what I was wondering.  Not all of us have the time to spend all day playing and it seems this mode favors the player that does.  That's why I like the Showdowns.  Play, post your score and you are done until the next round.

  Just a gimmic , can’t see it making me play more in coin rooms , the prizes of a few coins are almost useless the speed boost worse than useless , in my opinion.

  BINGO…Totally worthless stuff…especially for the effort required to finish in the top 3.  Who thinks these things up?
