Purchased $5.00 in Credits & It Took $50.00 ?

  Hello,

  I just recently added $5.00 worth of credits (typed it in) and it accidently took $50.00 instead of $5.00 off my card; I only needed $5.00 worth to purchase a fairway wood.

  I did not think after specifically clicking (other) and typing in the correct amount it would take $50.00 instead of $5.00 worth of credits. How can I correct this problem?

  I am pretty tight right now with bills comming in and can not afford $50.00 taken off of my card.

  I did not know this when it happened so figured I just start a game and then right clicked my mouse and informed them of this issue. Hope they reply even though it was within the game and is used for game glitches instead. Should still email them from my email account also just in case?

  Yes, may get lost in the crowd otherwise. if you look in the page get credits, you will see five tabs, one is buy credits, by default, to the right of this transaction history, will show you when you made the purchase.

  Thanks for the info, just looked at the purchase history an the most I have ever purchased in credits is 100 ($1.00) around the beginning when I first started playing. Now I'm not cheap because of the lack of credit purchases I'd rather get something in return as a consumer who is on a budget. Just the other day I noticed the ShoeBuy.com in the survey section to earn credits. Needed new work shoes and could not pass up the deal. I bought them for under $31.00 AND received 1250 credits afterwards, now that's a good deal.

  Afterwards I used most of those to get the Taylor Made R11 10.5 driver which I had rented for free over the Black Friday weekend and really liked. Even submitted a good review on it as well. Well right after I used my hard earned credits lol

  I decided to add $5.00  to my account to get the matching R11 fairway driver since my Taylor Made one was kinda weak in distance and forgiveness for only 395 credits.

  I sure hope I can get this straightened out, and I have not even touched my credits after this. Not even to purchase the matching fairway driver I wanted, until they can fix it.
