Level not increasing

  I am having a problem with not advancing to the next level even though I have reached the point total required.  Has anyone ever experienced this problem?  Stuck at level 48 for days..  Thanks

  There is a problem with xp points. Sometimes it misses the next level. It should sort itself out on the next one.

  There has been a glitch like that in the past.  If your point level is above the number set for "Next Level At", I suspect it will stay that way until you reach the next higher level.  You might want to check to see if level 49 items have been unlocked in the Pro Shop.  If you are not itching to buy something now, my advice would be to let it shake out.  Regardless, I'd send a message to the WGT Customer Service e-mail address below...where it says Contact, so they know about the problem.

  Ok I am not in any hurry to buy anything so I will let it sort itself out . Thanks for info.

  So today I  am at 487854 points, I needed 486988 to get to level 90. But I am still at level 89. I did want to buy some level 90 balls. From reading these post I will now have to get to level 91 and hope it sorts itself out. 

  So how many point to get to level 91?

   

  I guess that it is saving me money since I cannot buy the more expensive balls.

  Next stop at 565315 XPs, "only" 78,000 to go.

  There's a remote chance to get help from CS ("Contact") below. The mods have been pointing to it for a while, but not recently.

  @Mods, is this remedy still available?

  I sent an e-mail to the contact and informed them of the problem. During my play today I was upped to level 90.

  By the way today was my 1 year anniversary on WGT.

  I had the same issue yesterday... had the required xp + 300 extra points to advance to level 100 ... thought I would have to email WGT about the problem, but the next game I started, right after my tee shot hit the first green on Bandon, the level up notification hit my screen so it maybe that there is a glitch in the cyber math on their system ...

  It's been known to happen to some players in the past and it looks like it's rearing it's ugly head again ...

  Stay calm, play golf ... repeat as necessary!

  I had the same issue a couple minutes ago.  Found this thread, saw donsprintr's reply, and decided to test his solution on a CTTH.

  Soon as my ball landed at the first hole; Boom, there was my level-up screen!
