Not sure what you're problem with #13 is, the Legend tee is further back than the Master tee as one would expect. With regards to #15, it is one of the few holes (over all the current WGT courses) where Legends get a slight advantage. Another example is the 11th at St Andrews; Legend tee is 180yds, Master tee 182yds. With regards to #15, it would normally be a par 5 for members during normal seasonal play, but for the US Open the par is cut down to 70 (by making 2 par 5's into par 4's) and some tees possibly brought forward to compensate - I suspect this to be the case with #15. Makes it a tough hole for Masters and TM's, but with the equipment that is available on WGT now, birdies on that hole are relatively easy to come by.
