Isn't it possible to change balls during a game?

Unless you run out of a brand name  ball, say a Callaway, during a round. Then you are automatically switched to the  WGT beginner ball. But no, you cannot replace a brand name ball with another brand name ball during a round.

If you should happen to run out of the ball you are using, the game automatically defaults to the Starter ball.  Even if you have balls of the same brand but a different model or color.

just maybe i mean maybe oneday

    wgt could do this

have the golf balls numbered in the golf bag

if your using number 1 and the balls run out of hits could the system be automatically put to number 2 section of golf balls

instead of going to plain wgt balls

you could still end up with the golf balls you hardly use but this would come in handy if your playing a ready to go tournament

This has been explained 1 million times.  Its against the rules of golf that the governing body WGT has set forth.  Other option is to kick you out of game and a disqualification.   Now I ask how many pi$$ed of golfers would there be if that happened.  Simple solution.   Click buy more when it asks or load your bad up before you go out.

    Cheers,

    b0gey

Would be good if you ran out of your good balls instead of giving you the starters.

Specifically, WGT (the Committee) uses the "One Ball Condition" set forth in Appendix I, Part C of the USGA Rules of Golf.  Here, the rule has been modified to allow for the substitution of the Starter ball should a player run out of a specific brand and model.  Otherwise, as b0gey points out, players would be disqualified.

Try reading the post on this very topic titled "golf balls in your bag" in the Product Discussions area. Pretty much what the above said but with a little more fiest to it   lol
