Can someone please explain how a player moves from say, Pro, to Tour Pro, to Master and then to Legend?

Lower your scores. It's as simple as that.
play ranked stroke play rounds, for each level you must play a minimum number and drop your average to a pre determined point to move up tiers. From memory it's 67 to get to master, 63 to Tour Master, and 61 for legend.
Your Ave. is 78 at the moment... for your Ave to go down, you need to shoot 38 or less for a 9hole Ranked round or less than 78 in a 18 hole game.
