   Nothing against Ally just saying it wont be fair to the person who has been busting butt everyweek in support of your tourney that you have been hosting. Would suck to that guy whois  to be  bumped out to  by rules change set in motion to give another their spot.

   

  I received feedback (not in this thread) about how if you missed one event you were out of the chase and acted on that feedback... sorry to rattle a few cages by changing it midway through.

    I gotta agree with RUNWME, I mean I missed the first weeks 18 holer and I am still in the hunt, and Monty has a zero on his scorboard also and we are both in the top 20.

  Therefore, the worst 2 events will be taken off each player's total score after the qualifiers have finished.

  Tom, I have to agree with Chris and Don. It's not so fair to change the rules all in a sudden, especially for the ones who post every single rd. Good or bad as it was.

  Anyway, it's your tourney management.

  Thanks for the feedback guys... Due to the negative responses, the change regarding removing worst scores will not happen. I will add to this thread tomorrow with the qualifying event updates and the other stuff.

  so just to clarify it for myself teams are decided by top qualifer of a country  paired with the next top qualifier for that country

  until 12 teams are picked ?

  also quick question just want to make sure am right on this

  there are two qualifying tournies left march unlimited and april spring qualifier?

  Does this mean the round robin doesnt start til MAY?

  as there is no april spring Quali congrats to the following

  #1 runwme&BartMania usa

  #2 sunshine&seanquixote Canada (go guys)

  #3 bigsaur&starsandros            Italy

  and the rest of the qualifiers by my reckoning

  tiffer,daskino,ragefire,dsheavills,astruccio,tograss,drussthelegend,kam4122,sgtdoodles

  ,swinger72,andreap,wesdogg75,bri777,sticky63,dazza501,hpurey,fravel,iwb1,hef111

  if there are only 12 teams

  oh well tried as the last legend joining ( made legend day before this all started lol) would of made team 16

  I was going to say the April unlimited was next, but there is no point making these qualifiers any longer... LET'S ROLL! Crgade, the teams may change after the March unlimited scores have been added - however, thank you for the post (reminding me to get off my bum and do some stuff! ;-) ).

  I'll follow up this post shortly with more info.

  I'm not happy with what has happened in this tournament. First, the number of countries represented was very low, I told you SgtDoodles. Second, I don't understand why to change the rules at the last moment (when all the people were scoring their results). 

  I'm really disappointed. I made the effort to sign up on the web, reading posts, fighting hard on the fairways, and finally I saw that you cut down the participants to 12 teams. WTF!

  Think I'm feeling a bit ripped off just like Laute here. Both Spain & Australia had 2 players each representing our countries. I was under the impression that the 2 top ranked players from each country made it through the qualification process regardless of whether that country only had 2 players playing, but this is obviously not the case. Can someone please explain why??? Maybe I've just misinterpreted the rules.

  Can't really call this tournament a world cup when not all countries who I felt met the qualification process didn't get in and some other countries are represented by 3 teams each. Not sure that the countries represented by just one team stand much of a chance......just saying.
