CC MEMBERS BEING ABLE TO PLAY TOGETHER IN PRIVATE TOURNAMENT

  When a private tournament is set up within a country club, there should be a way that members of the club who register for the tourney could play together in the tournament.  This should be an easy thing for WGT to set up. 

  Also, the tournament within a country club should be able to be tiered so the computer can recognize different 'flights,' so to speak.

  I'll second that bingo. I to believe the first paragraph about players shooting together in tourneys could be a somewhat easy task for WGT to set into our country club play. Just saying, the already have many different types of multiple player formats as is. Humm, Why couldn't they put that in our CC play?

  I'm still waiting for them to at least give us "multi-round" tournaments. I like the tiered idea too. Would be great to have that for CC's. Might have saved me alot of trouble previously with some animosities that arose.

  Not really feelin the players shooting together in a tourney. Then you get into the whole thing of who are you pairing with who and if they can get on together at the same time etc. I mean even if it's just two random people playing together, it now takes longer for someone to play a 18 hole event if the club sets those up and makes them important.

  But still, overall. Good thinkin! This guy who is on the WGT Facebeook page (He works for WGT) told me they were going to be coming out with some new stuff for CC's, but he didn't specify as to when.

  Well, that idea I floated was two years ago, and I know there would be a logistics problem with arranging to play together in a tourney.  But we play with our members all the time so I am sure it could be done if that was an option in the cc.  

  I will give kudos to WGT for the improvements in the CC options with regard to cc tournaments.

  WGT staff have been in touch with long established CC owners just very recently to establish any concerns, and ideas they might have for the game. I have mentioned this to them, and hopefully it can get the green light.
