  Why does scored matchplay not record any of my stats, surely its the same conditions as strokeplay? Long drives, putting etc.

  I hit a 95ft putt and it doesnt show and im sulking because i wanted to show off :(

  Stats are only affected by rated stroke play rounds.

  hi

  we only record rated games because in MP and other such modes some stats are skewed because of alt shots or games ending early. so, only way to keep it consistent is to do it this way.

  Fair enough, althoug i still dont see how scored matchplay stats are skewed, not alt shot. In Stroke play a game can end early aswell?

  In stroke play, stats are only recorded when you finish a rated round.

  Yes i understand that ,but what is the difference with stats in finishing a scored matchplay round and a ranked strokeplay round?

  FWIW, that applies also to most of the awards. AFAIS, only strokes are counted immediately.

  There are some stats that would work and some that wouldn't.

  Putts (Distance only), Holed Approach Shots, HIW's should be recordable, the rest are junk. 

  Can't measure GIR% and Fairways if you lose 5&4 and hit 1 green, that'd give you 20% GIR% where as you could hit the next 4 - bringing it up to a reasonable percentage.

  iv two drives over 390yrds in ranked games,but my long drive is still only 366,,

  Yes you are right, i suppose it would be difficult to record a few stats and not all. All or nothing
