If you mean something along the lines of a practice green or driving range, the answer is no... and there probably never will be. ( They would only be a very limited help anyway)
You can, however, practice any hole repeatedly. At the top of the main page, click on WGT COMMUNITY, then GOLF COURSES. That'll take you to a page where you can select a course and then any particular hole on that course. Play the hole( albeit from the red tees & with standard greens) then just click replay until you've had enough.
From the game client, all you do is choose stroke play from the menu on the left of the page, pick a course, and play any 9 or 18 by yourself. You can set it as practice with the conditions you want or play it as a ranked round, which will be the same conditions you will normally see for your tier.
