Just played with a guy name wellington never got the full name but he was level 89/hack/150 .... asked him about it and he quit right away lol
I could be wrong, but it doesn't appear that he is using his level to cheat anyone else. Looks like he just never plays ranked rounds, only blitzes and a gazillion alternate shot rounds. Therefore no score average. Interesting.
