Ok Icon, this will be my last comment on this.
It may be an old thread but go through all the old threads and MANY of the topics are exactly the same as current issues, so I am not sure what "misinformation" this can lead to. Put quite simply, there has been very little information offered in the first place, or these same issues would not be the same 4 or so years later. And in many cases there certainly has been no solutions offered by WGT.
The lack of communication has always been WGT biggest weakness, and this is just again glaring proof that very little has been done to correct this. This is not a personal attack at you, as you do a very good job under difficult circumstances - it is a gripe that your management do not give you the tools to do your job.
WGTicon:we do not delete accounts because we had 100's of instance when players want to come back.. but we lock them, no nothing can be done/including the login.
Easy fix, just update your T&C, if the account is not used for two years, never has had money put into it, the account will be deleted. And you are talking about "hundreds" of players coming back, I am talking about the hundreds of thousands of dormant accounts.
To me WGT grossly misrepresents itself when it advertises how many members there are. Misleading for advertisers and consumers alike.
