Come play st andrews for real . There is water on 3 sides and the weather can change in minutes . Yesterday at 4pm we had blue skies and sunshine . At 4.15pm we changed to hailstones and snow and at 4.30pm it changed again to gale force winds and flooding . By 5pm the sun was back out . Just a normal day in scotland .
OH SO TRUE gets even more extreme in the mountains too tuff old bunch up there.

Possible Leon. Since WGT already overlays the photographs with the avatar, club, ball, divot, and pin (just to name a few) they could also overlay weather...
