Please make sure you have either disabled your pop up blocker temporarily or have created an exception for WGT. Creating an exception is the safer way to go.
Adjusting Your Browser's Pop-up Settings
Click the link above and follow the instructions to create an exception for WGT. Instructions are listed for each browser.

Near the bottom of that post are instructions to clear your Flash & Browser caches. If adding a pop-up exception didn't fix the problem then you'll need to clear your caches as well.
