Driving Range

  WGT Staff,

  I love the game, but i would love to see you make a driving range.  Because I would love to practice some shots.  you could charge like 10 credits for 20-30 balls or something like that...... LIKE THIS POST IF YOU AGREE

  Dub, you've been here long enough to know that WGT is not going to create any driving range and/or putting green.

  You can practice on any course, at any time, and in any fashion you see fit. I see this privilege much like real world golf.

  Sorry don't see that Richard . . . in RL you pick a spot whether it be f/way, sand, rough or green and keep hitting the ball until you can figure it out . . . can't do that in practice mode here . .

  There's no need for WGT to create anything . . . just give players the chance to hit the ball again from the same spot in practice mode . .

  Sorry esssy don't agree . . . I've been playing this game for over 2 years and have learned through game play rather than practice mode and it's taken me this long to figure how best to hit the ball in different conditions. If practice mode had had an option to hit the ball again from the same spot I'm sure It would have benefited me and many others.

  I think the players in the forum who are poo pooing the idea are already good players who wouldn't benefit from this . . . but I believe players new to the game would benefit greatly . .

  For a long time I have been a proponent of driving range and putting green but that's when we had 1-2 courses. Now, I actually disagree and I do not think it will do it justice.

  The biggest reason is how different greens are on all courses, so best is to play normal round by yourself and practice from different spots.
