I don't use any of these scale devices, I just picture in my mind where the correct fraction or percentage would be on meter.
However, when I was trying them out, this one, by Wiger Toods was the best to use and easiest to set up.
Without a doubt VGG caddy, free one or for $3 one with all the other scales, %, ft, 10/15/etc...overlays the meter, has a button for notebook....

If you have a paper clip, a piece of string, an empty ballpoint pen, and a drinking straw, I can put you in touch with this guy named MacGuyver. He's a whiz at this kind of thing.
Buggy , without a doubt VGG Caddy is the best , you can adapt it to any size screen .
Get the pro version it is well worth the $3.00. Look it up and see for yourself.
