As I am not one of the great players on here then I could never be in the running  for a prize. Having said that I do try and better my best rounds at all the courses I play on.

I have noticed that if I am on a good round with a chance of bettering my best score then I do often get a meter jump when I need it least. I usually just curse for a few seconds and get on with it, as I think that if you let it get to you life seems a bit less happy and there are more urgent things in the world to get upset about.

So just curse for a few seconds is the answer, maybe next time the luck will be on your side. That is the way I keep sane playing this GDSOB game.

By the way the 'fuss" I was refering to was only concerning my own game and nobody elses.

St A's # 11, 181yrds. to pin factoring in elevation from Master tees. Deviation? Laughable! 185yd. G-20, 15 mph. quartering tailwind, hit max, hit ding,  shot stalls 10 yds. short & then rolls back leaving 50yd. putt. Next round same conditions plus or minus 10 percent on wind, shot roars past the hole and ends up in rough 7 to 10 yards past. Poke an' hope is all I can say. I've birdied this hole more than my share of times, but I really have some issues with inconsistency on this one.
