    There are no bunkers in the whole 18 holes it has been announced . All sand is classified as scrub land so you can ground your clubs anywhere .

    that's the same local rule that is played all year round, take a look on the kiawah site.

    Two years ago scrub ground was considered a bunker, this year a bunker is considered scrub ground. It is kinda funny, though a little late for Dustin.
