There normally isn't a Black Friday on here as far as I can remember. They may do a Free Rental Weekend, will probably do a TapJoy 2X promotion or similar to help earn credits, and possibly some other special event I'm forgetting about for Thanksgiving.
Nico and Champ typically do a Christmas giveaway in early/mid December. It's a limited time thing, they will post about it here and you'll have a limited time to post back requesting what you want to receive. They are very good about honoring requests as long as you don't go overboard. Like they aren't going to fully equip your bag with all the best gear, but you might be able to get an upgrade to a particular club. More typically it's sleeves of balls, apparel, stuff like that. And as I recall the top-end equipment they do give away is in short supply, so better get your wish in early if that's what you're after 😉. And just like real Christmas gifting, it's kind of gauche to ask for cash (credits).
They also did a "12 days of Christmas" last year where they offered 25% off the Titleist L102 driver for a few days, then 25% off any Callaway iron set for a few days, and a few other days worth of offers on apparel or balls. This one did not require you to post asking Santa Nico or Santa Champ for something, but you have to pay attention to what is being offered on certain days.
