Its hard to comment on the reason for the forfeit message but there is a known bug as Ms Fish described. If it is you crashing out of a game I would advise that you clear your cache or try a different browser

From this statement I assume that you mean lower level players at a higher rank. Quite simply your stats do not warrant a tier promotion yet, You only are hitting 50% of greens in regulation and your sand and scrambling stats are woeful. You really need to work on your short game. I would suggest that you consider getting at least two and preferably three wedges. The starters wedges are the worst clubs in your bag. This game takes a lot of practice but with better wedges and practice I am sure you will get there.
