Heard this one on radio today .

British rail published number of passengers using every train station in great britain today.

There is one in denton [manchester] which had 16 passengers in one year .Apparently there is one train a week at 10.20 am on fridays but there is no return service . To stop the train,  passengers stand on the edge of the platform and wave at the train driver .

When a resident of 15 years was asked by the interviewer where the train station was - he was adament that it did not exist .

It will take an act of parliament to close the station .

LMAO - now that's is funny. lunacy but funny.

Reminds me of when I lived there and British Rail spent millions of pounds on track snow clearing equipment. First snow came and services ground to a halt  the snow was to fine! Nothing ever changes!
