  Went back to The Wirral a couple of years ago in September and even though it was only in the low 60s, I was Freezing Cold !  

  for the last 3 years i have worn shorts non stop even in the snow we had,and they say southern folk are soft pffft,last year my truck broke down in -10 deg,you should of seen the looks on local folks faces when i was trying to get the truck going again when just wearing shorts and a Tee shirt.may have a screw loose but i am still breathing lol.
