I used to love these forums, used them to make every buying decision i ever made, and in doing so met some great people. Also used them to learn a lot about the game, but these days it just seems a place for bickering and petty stuff. Sad really

Sadly it seems to be more of the norm to focus on "other aspects" rather than the point raised.
SR is right the credits accrued are well and truly spent or banked by WGT and cannot be used for new courses unless this has been accrued for that use.
But the OP did raise a valid point, we should be getting a minimum of two courses a year (excluding best ofs and compilation pitch and putts). I am not sure whether revenue has decreased, the investment vs return has diminished or baseball has sucked the money out, or a combination of those or different reasons but one course a year is pretty poor for those who have been around for a while. Then if you dislike a course or two, the pickings get pretty slim. Fine for newer players but as often seems the case, the older hands get little.
