really should try to add 2-3 new courses per year( and not best of with existing holes). to help fund why not ask members for donation? i am sure a lot of the players with huge amounts of credits would not mind helping, after all what can they do with all those credits. lower credit players also may be willing to help(i know i would) . start a "new course fund" and see how it goes(nothing to lose). if a lot of members only gave $5 or so would that not amount to a large amount?

This is somewhat ironic coming from someone that avoids playing courses in case they tier up. But of course the OP is correct and a couple of courses a year should be the minimum to keep peoples interest. The credit idea wouldn't work though as a credit is worthless to WGT as it is only virtual.

Here's an appropriate course for you, as you obviously dont want to tier up!!

hatco- it won't work. That cash for any credits in accounts has already been banked by WGT. No new $$$ to WGT would be generated by your proposal. Salaries have been paid, investors have been paid, equipment has been paid for using that money already.

Without offering shares in the company a reasonable person should not give money to any private company for the company's further development and profit. The return on investment should be better than just having a few more virtual courses to play.

isn't this just typical though.  Regardless of whether a guy is not tiering up on purpose has no bearing on this THIS post. There is nothing in the TOS that says you have to be at a certain tier by a certain level or with certain equipment, but once again regardless of the question, idea, suggestion, query, if you don't have the stats, tier, equipment or whatever that is all in line then the forum vultures come out to pull you to pieces.

I used to love these forums, used them to make every buying decision i ever made, and in doing so met some great people. Also used them to learn a lot about the game, but these days it just seems a place for bickering and petty stuff. Sad really

I get what you all are saying, and i understand the frustration of forum regulars wit hthe constant whining and complaining and repeat posts but reall it doesn't matter who brings the query to the table, isn't it more affective and beneficial to all to have a discussion or debate about an idea, rather than immediately look at somebodies tier level and stats and than pass judgement on them.

I don't know maybe i am wrong, Ill wait to see if the vultures shred me

Like this, which i actually happen to agree with.  Don't think it would work.  Its not like one of the elite players that has hundreds of thousands of credits could give those to WGT and they could convert that into cash to use to go film another course. Those credits don't really have a monetary value to WGT, just another player who is never gonna spend real money here.  Also agree why would everyone throw a few bucks into the pot on the hope that we would get another course. Its not really a sound investment.

Additionally, WGT has already acknowledged that they are going to be investing the money in filming and programming in the near future but aren't even going to give us a full course for the money. They announced they are going to photograph only the par 3 holes at the various courses at Bandon Dunes and give us another "best of par 3s" course.
