Thanks for clearing that up Rutger. I still think that this support tech made a mistake. I finished way down in the order so I prolly won't get many credits anyway. I just get really aggravated with poor service. But, in WGT's defense, will you guys join me in sending emails to KLM and letting them know that WGT is claiming that KLM is incompetent in this particular situation.
