"Adopting a positive mental attitude or a negative mental attitude is a free choice, but choosing the latter will definitely cost you."

I am sure you are a fine person.  There are many fine people on this site.
To tell you the truth, I almost wrote on this thread before CerinoDevito did and decided against it.  But, seen as CerinoDevito wrote pretty much the same thing I was gonna write and you decided to then start bashing CerinoDevito I felt the need to say something.

I have no problem with what you are trying to accomplish.
It is a private matter that WGT is aware of and should have stayed that way.
To post what you did, what kind of response did you think you would receive?
I guess my response should have been:
"I am so sorry about your meeting with this snake, I say we cut his head off and feed him to the mongoose next door.  I hope he rots in hell for eternity. I think we should cut his balls off and let him bleed out"

Sorry to say.  But, the information we were given does not support those actions.
BTW.  The outcome of your situation really doesn't bother me, no need to send me any type of message.

I hope you and your CC get answers soon and continue on
    Have a good day :-)

    Dubfore:

In the interests of warning other country club owners, I think it's extremely good form to let others know the type of cretins we club owners have to deal with.

You will notice if you loook again, that I didn't identify (call out) the player in question.

Not sure how are you able to warn others without naming the player. Unless you think other CC owners live under an illusion, that all people here are honest and friendly. I'm sure they all know about the scum that's out there. No need really to play the "concerned citizen" routine, after Cerino pointed out the poor form of your post. Just admit you needed to let off steam after your former member ticked you off and you didn't exactly use the most appropriate way to do it. We've all been there at one point. Admitting our flaws makes us all better people in the long run.

Best of luck with your CC.

    Cheers,

    Matt

I'm totally against ex-members of clubs coming on here slagging off club owners . . . and vice versa . .

Giving your tuppence worth.  Everyone is entitled to their opinion.

Call it what you will, letting off steam or venting my frustration somewhere. The upshot of all this is that the person in question dug a big hole for himself with his lies during our correspondence.

The least he should get from WGT is a warning. I think he'll have learned his lesson after this.  Mission accomplished, I hope.  Take note people.

Now I can get back to enjoying the golf here.  What a week!!
