Hi Michael,
I am sorry to say its not going to work out for me being a member of hte club. I realise you are a fairly new club, but there just isnt enough going on, and the fact i didnt recieve a single reply to my message only signifies to me that the membership hasnt connected yet. Thank you very much for giving me the chance to be part of the club and i wish you and all your members the best for the future,
Hope to catch up with you again in the future,
Colin
Colin, you were only a member a couple of days. I'm not sure which message you're referring to, and it doesn't really matter. Have you put a time limit on when people are online to respond to you? I doubt if any country club revolves around a single player.
I take your point about "not enough going on", but apparently, the lack of social interaction among players is common in clubs. I only know that from the feedback I get from other owners and what I read in the forums. I'm only guessing that most players do their talking during games.
Then you mention that I'm on my own. I would have respect for your opinions if you had said something like: Would you like any help in building the club while I'm here? Or maybe even throw in a few suggestions.
You see it's easy to criticize and point out problems, it's harder to try and do something about them. It's a bit galling coming from you, especially in that you were looking for 'support' in your last club. I'm not surprised that you didn't get it. My gut instinct was saying no, but I take people on face value and trust. I made a mistake accepting you into our club.
The club was good enough for you to walk away with over 500 credits (and possibly more on the way) in our first big tournament.
Even a fool would see how disingenuous you are, as in lacking sincerity.
Spot the insult? There isn't any.

Above is my one response to his three or four messages.
If he had stuck it out for a few more days and then left without entering the credit tournaments, yeah I can understand that. But from where I see it, he made up his mind, weighed up the opposition and went in for a quick few hundred credits killing before leaving. Not a bad two days work. Pathetic!!
By the way, it was only a couple of hours since he posted 'the message' when he decided to moan about no reply.
I don't want a friend to be made an idiot of by a *** stirrer. He got upset in The *************** Club because someone *called him arrogant in public, and even more upset when the club owner wouldn't support him. Surprise surprise.
(*his side of the story)
So Colin, if you're out there, HE'S BEHIND YOU.
May the wind always be up your A-R-S-E!!
Smile folks, it's only a game.
